4. What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

 Confidence means "i can do".
Which will can help me to improve my self.
But overconfidence means "only I can do it".
Which will destroy our aspects, knowledge, skills.

 "Confidence of one's, indicates his intention of known things. ".
"Over confidence indicates the notion of being stubborn and narrow mindedness, also lack of analyzing the known and unknown things".


 Confidence is nothing but, If a person says that "I can do that or I will do that" so this is called confidence. So in this that person can achieve that and he or she can see the success in higher position.
So when comes to overconfidence If person says that " he/she only the person can do that work/ thing" so usually that is called overconfidence.
So in this stage person can not achieve the target.
And same time he/she comes from the higher position to lower position.

 Confidence is"yes, I can do it", . But. Overconfidence is. "only" I can do it. Confidence enables the person to flourish, to thrive in his particular field. Whereas overconfidence makes the person egoistic, proudly.


 Confidence-which gives positive results and success.
Its when a person says that he can do this work.
Overconfidence results in failure.
Its when a person thinks that only he is eligible to do this work.

 The only difference in confidence and over confidence is that.
Confidence can be feel only by self.
But you never feel that you are over confident, only other person tell you that you looks overconfident.
Because you also feel much confident when you in over confident.
For example I feel confident right now and you can only tell me am I overconfident or not ?


 According to me, " confidence is best way to get/achieve success" &.
"Over confidence is do fail to the person in EVERYTHING".

 Confidence is that condition wherein a person knows about his boundaries and know how to play within it. He will also be knowing about those which he can't do. If any situation occurs wherein he's given such a work then he will refuse.
Over confidence is a condition wherein a person feels that he doesn't have any limits for his knowledge and experience. In such a state he'll accept those work which he might know a little about it or doesn't know at all.


 Confidence means If a person says "I will do that thing or work".
Over confidence means "I am the only person can do that work!"

 I can do this-------- confidence.
Only I can do this--- over confidence.
The "ONLY" word creates the big difference between confidence and over confidence.


 Confidence-analyzing yourself according to the task given by using of your best knowledge to get the goal.
Over confidence-without any analysis of the task directly think about achieving the goal.


 
5. What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

 Well Sir, there is a task before us that removing a tree completely. We can do it in two ways.
Hard work: Cutting the tree from top to bottom.
Smart work: Cutting the tree only at the bottom.

 To work Hard is to follow syntax, rules & not thinking out of the box!
Smart work is to see the purpose rather than rules, and apply our brains along with techniques to complete the purpose. This reduces time, stress & also gives a happiness of learning new things. This smart work must not be copying but innovation.


 In my view hard work means just working for something without knowing the technique involved in it. But coming to smart work a smile logic in it can solve all the problems. Hard work is time consuming but smart work reduces time consumption.

 According to me hard work involves lot of efforts and smart work is something which requires little efforts with intelligence. For eg: if you have 10 chairs kept in a room and you have to empty the room then you can do it in two ways, either you can take 1 chair at a time out of the room, so you need to do this work in 10 steps- this is hard work or you can take 2 chairs at a time by keeping then one over the other, so you can complete the work in 5 steps, this is smart work. Work will be completed in both the situation but time duration also matters.


 If you don't know how to implement any logic.
Then there are two ways.
1. Do all research and R&D by yourself (Hard work).
2. Use your and others experience for designing solution (Smart work).
 Sir,
Hard work resembles doing the work with a more physical stress than the mental stress where smart work resembles doing the work with less physical effort and more mental thinking.
 Hard work + Creativity = Smart Work.
Hard work gives experience. This on combination with smart ideas results in Smart work.
A person who can't work hard can never be a smart worker.
 Hard work - Taking more resource with time consuming and decrease your patience.
Smart work - Taking less resource with less time and increase your patience.
 Sir,
Hard work is something which needs time, determination as well as potential whereas smart work is the way in which we does a work with more efficiency and less time.

 According to me smart work comes after hard work. Through hard work one gets experience and after getting experience, work can be done in a smart manner. So, behind every smart work, hard work is there.


6. How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

 My job, my work, comes first, and doing my job properly and more efficiently will be my first priority. So, Working nights and weekends will not be an issue for me.

 Working in nights or weekend never been problem for me. Because I am flexible enough to work in any time because professional life comes first.


 Sir, as I am the fresher I cannot expect the relax and comfortable life, so to enhance my knowledge and skills I need to work hard. So it doesn't matter to me at what time I will be working.

 Sir, I will try to complete my work in time sir, but if any request or suggestion from a company for working weekends I am ready to do sir as it is my primary responsibility and I feel proud if I am one of responsible for a company's success.


 There is no problem in working in night since a sprinter never think how long he has to run, he just think he has to win and such person never lose hope due to mere change in time shift, which is temporary. Most importantly, the progress of an employee lies in the progress of company so whatever good for company is good for me.

 
7. Can you work under pressure?

 Pressure is something that brings out the best in you. As far as working under pressure is concerned, my working efficiency increases and I am able to perform better under pressure. Usually we become lethargic under freedom, and gets the work delayed.


 Yes I can work under pressure because working under pressure can help me enhance my working skills under the very worst conditions also. As coal produces diamonds under pressure similarly my work output under pressure may help me explore my hidden talents and this could sum up for better work output for the company.

 Pressure according to me is something which takes your best out of you and you deliver the best not just to do what you were asked to but also you deliver more than what was expected from you. So its all about how stable your mind is.


 Yes I like to work in pressure. As a very beautiful saying that "The greatness of a person is estimated when a person is able to handle the provoking situation.

 Yes, I will. Because each and every work have a pressure in some situations and that situation can help to get some new ideas to come out from pressure and complete the work in a smart manner at the same time it also a one of the experience to handle toughest situation in life.


 Yes I can work under pressure. Pressure brings out the best from me. Pressure makes me more sincere n serious about my work and help to know about my capability and thus boost up my confidence too.



8. What are your goals?

 Sir/madam.
My short time goal is to get job in a popular reputed company. And my long time goal is to achieve the good position in the software field. Life time goal is to be helpful for some one. One more goal/aim is to construct the engineering university.

 My short term goal is to find a position where I can use the knowledge and strengths that I have. I want to partake in the growth and success of the company I work for.
My long term goal is to became a top position in your company.


 My long term goal is to help poor and to join as a member in an social service trust and to give some of my earnings and to collect money from people who are rich and to donate it to the poor and orphans.

 My short term goal is to convince and clear this interview, so that i can prove myself the best suited candidate for this post.
My long term goal is to become director of a company. I know that it sounds a little too ambitious but i'm smart and willing to work hard for it.


 To attain a position of responsibility in an organization that encourages continuous learning and to serve the organization whole-heartedly and achieve goals of the organization and contribution to the growth of the organization.

 Yes, I always set short and long term goals and continuously strive to reach my goals. My goals are specific, measurable, and attainable. I find that it organizes and balances my life, knowing that with every goal reached, it measures the positive progress towards my future. I think of goals as a necessary business plan for every person to have.
 First of all I want to become a software engineer and I want to do corresponding M.Tech to get more knowledge of programming. I am sure that I can both of them at a time without interrupting any one of them. I want to create a specific one in software field and I want to improve software solutions.

 My long term goal is to see lot of happiness on the face for life time those who spoiled their whole life only for my happiness n for my career thats my parents.
And this is only possible through short term goal like hard work for organization with smartness.

My goal is to get a software job. It is my dream and I will be satisfied if I get it in a good company like yours. Then it is possible to achieve my long term goal to become an important, respectable person in the organization and thus by fulfill my parents wish.


 
9. Give me an example of your creativity.

 Creativity generally comes from the point of observation. Observation is said to be the key component of the brilliancy.
I have habit of observing any process for yielding good results. I consider a process, which is performed by some people, say 10. And keeping their respective way of completing the process, I try to do it in another way.
This quality of observation brings me in attaining identification and creativity from others.

 I am open to any possibilities of approach and that helps me being creative.
For instance during exams I never followed the answers to numerical, I only follow rules and that helped me a lot to think effectively.
Also to be creative we need to be active.
I am always aware of my surroundings and that also helps me being active.
To support this I always finish my work on schedule because I m always aware that what things will prevent me n I always figures a way out.


 Generally creativity comes after getting a problem and then looking at resources what we have to use.
In our village our kneeboard, surnjit's family always quarreled with our family. One day he admitted in a hospital for dengue fever. I went hospital to see him. Surojit's father is very happy to see me. I helped him to bye some medicine. There after they do not quelled with us. This is my creativity.

 Creativity is Depend Upon the situation and Persons Ability to Complete the task with in the time in a good manner.

My creativity lies in my ability to pick what makes people around me happy.
Once my father was upset on me as he repeatedly tells me to do some exercise every day and I would miss every day as sleep late in the night. So next day I got early and sit beside him and started doing yoga without saying anything and he was again happy.



10. What are your career options right now?

 Sir, as the fresher I want to placed in a reputed company. Where I can utilize my knowledge. After B.E I want to do ME. But my family situation will not allow me to do ME. So right now my career option is to get the job in a reputed company.
 Sir Right now, I want to be placed in such a reputed company where the real test for my hidden potentials, which makes me stronger to face any situation. And to become a more wrathful person whom the company as well as society doesn’t want to loose me, no matter how hard the situation is.
After that I am one of person responsible for bringing that company to such great position.
 Right now it is to be selected in your company where i can utilize my skills that will be mutually beneficial for company and me..
 At present my carrier objective is to get placed in good reputed company like yours to improve my skills and knowledge and also I want to be a asset of your company.
 My carrier options are to enhance more technical skills and put my complete effort make a company success and growth of the company I am working and to see I am also responsible of many in company's growth that feels me proud sir.

11. What are your outside interests?

 I am basically artist. Most of the times I try to spend in painting.
I choose a subject to present the image in the form of painting. It really gives me confidence of constructiveness and analytical thinking trait to my flow of thoughts. So, I feel it has a best interest in me and I really love to give life to my perceptive knowledge in the form of painting.
 My outside interests are photography, travelling, cooking. I don't like sitting idle at all, so I keep myself busy in one or the other activity.
 My outside interests are I will play with my cute little daughter so that I will forget all my tensions and relax myself. Her smiles and actions make me happier.
 Each and every incident which brings out a cute smile on my face. For example.
Listening to jokes.
Playing in the rain.
Sleeping on my Mother's Lap When I am sad.
Enjoying with friends.
 My outside interests are playing cricket sir and want to meet my friends when I was leisure sir and I just liking playing chess sir since this is the game which makes me mentally perfect and one of my interest is coin collection sir and I will go through the news and browsing Internet for gaining knowledge and I like bike riding sir.

 My outside interests are playing pc games, watching movies and dancing. This all provide joy to my heart and relaxation to my mind. I will watch comedy movies in my free time. I like dancing. I'll be happy by doing all these and I can recharge by these. I'll stitch dresses also it is also wonderful experience.


 I am crazy about adventurous movies n stories. I love Sherlock Holmes novels a lot n real life have desire to do something adventurous..
 I spend a lot of my free time with my cousins. I'm the eldest so I like to teach them new things and take them to places they'll enjoy.
I'm an imaginative person and I like fiction. So I read at least 1 book a month and I write small poems too.



12. Who has inspired you in your life and why?

 SWAMI VIVEKANANDA, who is a youth iconic personality. He has inspired me always in many ways. Among them, he says that, to not fear about the competition, but make a unique identity. Everyone has got their own uniqueness in presenting themselves, find yourself contribute your uniqueness, which brings an opportunity to you.

 My inspiration is sun. In some areas people curse sun that why it rises and brings heat but still it is not affected by the critics and do its work always as it may be some people don't like me but still there will be some who will appreciate me also.


 My inspiration is my cousin. He did his schooling in govt school. Then he completed his BCA in some college with no financial support from his family. He had been selected for job as well as finished his MCA only by his own effort. Now he is well settled in Bangalore with his wife and children.

 Sir actually I inspired by everyone and everything. If we have a courage to accept the reality of life, willing to appreciate the experience and skills of others then we can also get knowledge by learning from them. Instead of that if our ego stops us then we can't learn anything. We have only one life, this short span of our life time is not sufficient to do all mistakes on our own and learn from them so we can also learn from others mistakes too. As Everyone knows that even a stop clock is correct twice. So I inspired by everyone and everything.


 My failures and my dreams.

 My failures,
If I find a solution to a problem in 101 attempts. Then 100 mistakes I did, paved the way for 1 correct way. Every mistakes taught me not to take the incorrect path and propel me which eventually led me to my 1 correct way. (doing mistakes is not wrong, repeating same mistakes again and again is wrong).
And my Dreams,
Which give me thrust, that there still are things which need to be achieved.
So, both dreams and failures give one the impetus to strive forward.
 Firstly I got inspired by my mom as she was so hard working and patient. So that she can attract everyone around her which will be helpful at any case. Also I am inspired by my friend. I learned a lot of things from him like honesty, his impetus nature.

 I got inspired by my father. Because he will handle any difficult situations in a smooth manner, whatever it may be such that any issues from relations, business or even it may be from my mom. I have learned about what is attitude from my dad only.


 My inspirations are the mistakes and experiences of my day to day life. They help me to become more and more perfect regularly and to withstand difficulties in life.
I am also inspired by my father as he guides and motivates me throughout.

I really inspired by my mother in my life. And dam surely I can say that in every step of my successes credit is goes to her. Because she is inspired me like that by saying her life and problems what she faced for studying. The time at my mother as a student, she is the topper of her batch but due to economic problems she stopped her studies, so she know the value of education. So now she is always concern and spent every drop of her sweat for our education. That is the way I really inspired by my mother, and I will try my level best to full fill my mother’s hopes and aspirations on me.


 I am fully inspired by swami Vivekananda. There is nothing negative within him. You will find him positive in each and every aspect of his life and demeanour. If you are suffering from lack of confidence then read swami Vivekananda. I am damn sure I will get introduce with your self. There is nothing or nobody more than realizing our selves.

 I get inspired by my parents. They are my role model for my whole life. Because I grown up by seeing their hard work. They work hard to achieve my goal. They inspired me. They always want to see their child became top in reputed company.
 My goals and my dreams inspired me. While achieving that dreams success and failure will arrive. From success I will learn what to do next. From failure learn a lesson so that don't want to do that mistake again.


13. How much salary do you expect?

 As I m fresher so you decide what the salary should be given to me today I need a platform where I can prove myself and definitely after some time proving myself under guidance of you i'll tell you what the salary I aspect from you.

Every one in the world working for salary because money is important for surveying in the world but as a fresher for me experience & knowledge is important for me salary is not issue for me. I think that company has already decided salary for this post, sir can you tell me.
 Sir I am not expecting much salary, Instead of that I am expecting much appreciations and encouragement for my job to improve my skills. As a human I also expect some salary what the company offers for me.
 Well being a fresher, its important to concentrate on my work skills more than money. And money is also important to live our life. So ill go as per company norms.

I would love to be independent. My focus will b presently on applying and enhancing my skills in the favor of your organization.  Being a fresher my 1st aim is to upgrade my skill and knowledge with hard work, which is the key to achieve anything in near future. I hope, being reputed company it will provide me with salary package that satisfies or fulfill my basic needs.

But as I am being a fresher gaining endure is more important than salary as in our organization. I know already that our organization payroll system is sufficient to full fill all my basic needs. So I am OK with your payroll system.


14. Where do you see yourself five years from now?

 Good evening! In five years I will have my own business. I spend every waking moment outside of my nine to five educating myself about the things that interest me. If you want me to still be working for you in five years, you should do two things: motivate me, and make me an offer I can't refuse! And then I might stick around a little while longer, if my extracurricular business is not up and running yet. Good luck!
 With the experience that I would have gained in 5 years. I would shift my focus from learning to mentoring.
 5 years from now, I would like to see myself in the middle level management, continuing to learn and grow in the organization. This way I would be contributing to the firm's success as well. I would also like to be financially sound and attain work life balance.
 Well, after five years, I would like to see myself as a knowledgeable, talented with an optimistic thinking with an respectable position. And I would like to grow myself with the company's expectations.
