Sweety Shetty better known by her stage name Anushka Shetty is an Indian film actress, who works in the Telugu and Tamil film industries. She made her acting debut in the 2005 Telugu film Super and rose to fame following her performance in Vikramarkudu which became her first commercial success. She made her debut in Tamil cinema with Rendu . After starring in a series vysokobyudzhetnyh productions with leading Telugu actors , she went on to become one of the leading actresses in Telugu cinema in the coming years, while receiving high critics for her role as the title character in Arundhati and as Saroja in the Vedas (2010), which earned her two Filmfare, one Nandi and two CineMAA awards. In 2010, Shetty is also a big hit in Tamil cinema , with action - masala film Singam (2010), which became a box office hit while her performance in Vaanam ( 2011 ) and Dave Thirumagal ( 2011) won her praise from critics.Her recent films Mirchi ( 2013 ) is a sensational success in Tollywood Singam and II ( 2013) , continued Singam was her biggest commercial success.

Anushka Shetty was born as Sweety Shetty November 7, 1981 in Mangalore. Shetty is an ethnic rebellion comes from a family of landed Bellipady Uramalu Guthu. Her parents Prafulla and AN Vittal Shetty. She has two brothers Gunaranjan Shetty and Sai Ramesh Shetty, who is a cosmetic surgeon. She attended her education in Bangalore. She did her Bachelor of Computer Applications at Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. She was also an instructor of yoga and teaching yoga for Guru Bharat Thakur.

Shetty made her debut in 2005, Puri Jagannath Telugu film Super alongside Akkineni Nagarjuna . In the same year she starred in another film Mahanandi, which was a moderate success at the box office . In 2006 she had four releases , the first being in SS Rajamouli Vikramarkudu mating Ravi Teja for the first time in his career , in which she portrayed the character Neeraja Goswami .
The film went on to become very successful and got her much recognition , making it very popular in Andhra Pradesh. , Critics argued voluptuous side you will see Anna in this film. She played the massive nature of touch. She did really well in mass romantic scenes with Ravi Tay .
