Bhanu Priya is an Indian actress who has appeared in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam films. She also acted in few Bollywood films in the 1990s.

Bhanupriya Early Life:

She was born in Rangampeta village, near Rajamundry, Andhra Pradesh, on 15 January 1966 into a Telugu family. Her family settled in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She is married to a Cinematographer Adarsh Kaushal who is an Indian American. Currently, she lives in Chennai with her husband and her daughter, Abhinaya.

Film Career:

Bhanupriya joined some 150 films as heroine in various languages. Bhanupriya began her film acting career when she was only 17 years old. Her first film was stranded Pesungal ( 1983) in Tamil . She made ​​her debut with the Telugu Sitaara, directed by veteran Vamsy.
